How It Works :
Consulting: Once we receive your product specification such as sketch, design & measurement, fabric construction & color or even sample we will discuss the options and procedure. An initial pre-cost estimate is given free of charge. We will explain to you the manufacturing cost , timing and other factors.
Sample making :
Upon acceptance of the estimated price we make or develop the samples from the garments factory according to the required design/samples with the available fabrics. This sample will be evaluated by the buyer to examine the stitch, measurement and design.
Signing Contract :
After making the sample we give a more accurate price from the factory and this is the working price. Once we get sample approval from you, we both sign a contract to further the process.
In this bonding we both agree on price, time of delivery, and shipping method etc. Then the customer needs to issue an L/C (Letter of Credit) ; through his bank to us (Global Clothing & Fabrics , Inc.) against the work order.
Final Approval:
Once the contract is signed we purchase the required fabric and make another sample for final approval from customer. This sample will be exact to customer specifications in design and fabric. Upon approval we will start manufacturing the product.
Depending upon the order size it may takes 3 to 4 months to manufacture, tag, label, and package for shipment. For FOB orders we are responsible for delivering to the shipping agent's door. For CNF orders we are responsible for shipping to your door (customer is responsible for the customs and taxes).
Order Execution:
We closely monitor the orders at all stages from sampling to shipment. The valued buyer gets information about the progress of his product from time to time in execution of the order. The process is seamless, requiring no special attention from you until the goods arrive at your receiving department.
Final Inspection:
